My Fitness Journey

I’ve always hated how I looked in pictures…still do, but not as much. Becoming a coach and personal trainer meant putting myself out there to show other what can be accomplished, which meant taking selfies and/or pictures. UGH. I’ve struggled to post these on social media because sitting down is hard for me to do and it has always been my intention blog about my journey.

As you look through the years, I will do my best to remember what I was doing for fitness and what I was doing for my nutrition. I may even give you a little insight into what our life was like at that time. My fitness journey is constantly evolving, I have my ups and downs, and I’m constantly learning and making adjustments as needed. I hope my journey inspires you to keep improving your health, to find what will work best for you, to teach and/or respectfully encourage your family to live healthier, and to never give up on yourself.

I’m not sure why I feel the need to post this, but here it is … while looking at these, be kind. I already know how to be mean to myself.
