I’m Shannon. A houseplant lover, home by 9pm type, highly sensitive mom of 4, and I have been exercising consistently at home for over 13 years.

Irked over the poor, unrealistic, and harmful advice I had been given, I became the coach I needed. I have complete multiple fitness and nutrition certifications as well as earned specialization in women’s fitness, pre & postnatal fitness, and youth fitness.

You’re not lazy, unmotivated, full of excuses, uncoachable, broken, or any of those means things you think or say about yourself.

You may have competing priorities, you may be facing many barriers, you might be ignoring your needs, you may have very strong preferences, you may lack support, or you may have been given poor information, advice, and guidance.

I have taken what I learned and created wellness guides to help mothers build exercise and movement into their life, to help mothers eat better (and keep the kids kinda happy) without feeling deprived, as well as to help mothers honor the fluctuations in their energy, time, attention, and motivation without having to leave their homes, spend thousands on coaching sessions, or waste their time.
