3 Week Yoga Retreat
Being flexible prevents injury and muscle imbalances. Improving your flexibility will help you move better and when you move better, your quality of life improves. To reap the benefits of improving your flexibility, you need to do more than the stretches at the end of a program. You need to practice different stretching techniques, techniques found in this yoga program. You will learn the fundamentals of the poses and breathing in the first week. The second week, you build upon what you learned in the first week for more of a challenge. In the third week, you attempt more challenging poses.
This is a two-for-one. Cize and Country Heat are the newest dance programs to Beachbody. Dance programs are great total-body low impact workout. While you are dancing you will also be improving your coordination, strengthening your core, and improving your cardiorespiratory fitness. Cize and Country Heat are 30 minute, 30 day programs.
22 Minute Hard Corps
Twenty-two minutes. TWENTY-TWO minutes and you are done with your daily workout. This is a 60-day total body Boot-camp style program created by Tony Horton that focuses on building strength while burning fat.
I’ll be honest, muscles are sexy … on everyone! This program goes against everything you’ve ever been told about weight-loss and requires you to adopt a new mindset. If you have a desk job, if you are over 30, or if you’ve wondered why you are not getting the results you’ve wanted, then you need this program in your life! This is a bodybuilding, weight lifting program, but do not let that intimidate you. You are not going to end up with your muscles having muscles … those physiques take YEARS and many training sessions per day to build. If you allow yourself to trust the process and work at becoming disciplined, you will be amazed at how quickly you develop muscle definition, a lean body, and beastly attitude (kidding, that part is optional)!
The Masters’s Hammer and Chisel
This program was a collaboration between Autumn Calabrese (21 Day Fix) and Sagi Kalev (Body Beast) and it focuses on improving endurance, power, agility, strength, balance, and range of motion. Most fitness programs focus on improving cardiorespiratory fitness or muscular strength. This 60 day program focuses on all aspects of training to not only help you further your results, but also to help you move better.
