This self-coaching guide was created for the woman who is constantly interrupted, chronically exhausted, and harder on herself than she deserves to be. If your bank account, your family’s schedule, or the lack of encouragement to put yourself first has held you back or derailed your plan, this guide was written for you.

It’s designed to be picked up and put down as life happens. No guilt, no rigid plans, no perfection required.

Acts of Wellness is made up of beginning steps to improve your wellness and lay the foundation for future steps. It encourages you to choose an Act daily, weekly, or whenever you think of it to improve how you feel. There are four Acts to choose from: Kindness, Sleep, Nourish, and Move. Each Act includes three tasks to choose from.
