My wellness guides are written for the mom that is working within or outside of the home. The mom that does the bulk of caregiving, household tasks, and planning — activities, food, holidays, etc. The mom that is learning how to be a better parent, partner, and human. The mom that desperately wants to feel better physically and mentally, but is inhibited by her bank account, work schedule, kids schedule, partners schedule, lack of encouragement to put herself first, or is afraid of wasting her time or hearing more outdated and out of touch advice.

These guides are designed to be done at a pace that works for you. You can take a weeks, months or years to get through them.
