Self-Study Wellness Guides

Health is not about achieving a specific body goal. Health is not about reaching a certain number on the scale. Health is not about denying or depriving yourself. Health is about how you feel mentally and physically (wellness).

When you engage in actions to improve your health, those actions should not impair your wellness. Improving your health or your wellness takes effort and many different strategies. Every body has unique needs for sleep, physical activity, and recovery. Every body responds to food, physical activity, sleep, and recovery differently.

These guides are for mothers that want to feel good and want to change the appearance of their body, or want to improve their fitness. These guides are designed to empower mothers to identify areas to focus on, reflect on what makes them feel good, and establish sustainable, flexible habits that improve mental and physical wellness.

Read through the following options and choose one that you believe will help. Or close out of this page and find something/someone else that will meet your needs (no hard feelings).
